OUR PERU IS ROASTED TO A MEDIUM DARK ROAST AND KNOWN FOR ITS HINTS OF SWEETNESS AND FRUIT TASTES SUCH AS CHERRY AND APRICOT ALONG WITH A STRONG TASTE OF CHOCOLATE NOTES. THIS COFFEE SHOWS AN EXCELLENT BALANCE OF ACIDITY AND FRAGRANCE.
