    Description

    Council shoulder patch from Mt Diablo Silverado Council.  Issued in 2019 to commemorate the first day that troops of girls could charter in Boy Scouts of America. Youth members and troop Key 3 each were issued a patch if they turned in an application to join a troop (boy or girl) in 2019.  Patch is in new/unsewn condition.
    Shipping: The shipping cost of a majority of my auction-style patch listings is for a regular first class postage stamp and envelope to keep the cost low.
