    The beans had been through the digestive system of the wild civet cat that are commonly found in coffee plantation. As a result of this, the coffee has no bitterness and when prepared properly, will taste and smell

    The coffee will be
    freshly roasted
    right before shipping or it is also available in green unroasted form.
    The weight of the whole bean coffee before roasting is 1/2 pound and once roasted will be approximately 6 oz
