but my luck with sending out stuff without delivery confirmation is dismal & I  don't want to create ill will from non-delivery of the card
& get negative feedback too. Without delivery confirmation, I feel the USPS doesn't care where or if it gets delivered. So the .75 postage will be charged.

gets as they say
