    Description

    Finger Lakes Council CSP S-2 / S2 - NWT/NEW. Condition is "New".
    From the mid-1990's or so.  Purchased by me and held in storage for many years. This version of the patch was a mismake - the border is blue where the standard border should be red.  There are several of these floating out they but they are rare.
    Finger Lakes Council is no longer, it has been merged.
    Shipped with USPS First Class. Will be shipped between cardboard and in bubble mailed for supreme protection of this rare specimen.
