Fine Vintage Antique Japanese Hand Carved & Signed Tagua Nut Netsuke Panda bear

You are bidding on a wonderful hand carved and signed Netsuke panda bear. It measures approximately 1.625 inches long. I believe it is possibly Tagua nut from the coloring but I am not sure exactly what type of material was used to carve this beautiful piece. It has a lovely caramel color with wavy grain visible. The shading on the different parts of the body come from very finite tooling of the surface.  The piece is signed on the underside. The Panda
