    Description

    Antique Japanese Meiji High Quality Tobacco Pouch made from dyed leather and depicting a Dragon flying in the sky ( a ruler of the Universe ).
    Attached by a metal multi-strand chain is a Kagamibuta made from nicely polished stag antler for the bowl and a silver finely cast dragon for the lid.
    This dragon is also evident in the beautiful silver  clasp showing the clouds motif inside and signed by the Meiji metalworker in the rectangular reserve.
    The pouch is a great example due to it's near mint condition and signed clap .
    Size of the pouch is 85mm x 135mm x 27mm. Size of kagamibuta is 50 mm in diameter.
