    Rare set of 3 CSPs issued in 2006 by
    Orange County Council
    , California.
    This auction is for a complete set of 3 mint CSPs issued by
    Orange County Council,
    California for volunteers participating in the Boy Scout recruiting booth at the Orange County Fair in July 2006.
    The
    Blue
    border CSP (SA-161) could be earned by each Scout or Scouter who volunteered and worked at the booth during the fair.
    The
    Silver
    Mylar border CSP (SA-162) was  issued to the OC Fair Committee who planned the Scout booth and recruited volunteers to work in the booth.
    The Special "
    Red Wagon

    Red
    border CSP (SA-160) was only given to the volunteers who carted in all the booth materials from the parking lot and helped set up the displays prior to the opening of the Fair.
    Only 50 of each Staff (Silver Mylar Border) and Set-up (Red border with Red wagon) CSPs were made. At least 200 of the Blue border Participant CSPs were made.
    Issues SA-160, SA-161, and SA-162.  Book Value 5-0 for the 3 CSPs.
