For Sale is a sampler  of some our best green coffee beans.  You will receive 1/2 pound of each of five varieties for a total of 2.5 pounds of green beans ready for roasting.
These may be used as single varieties or blended in various proportions to produce impressive roasted coffee beans for expresso, drip coffee or French press.
A few tips for blending and roasting these beans will be included.   Below are the varieties in this sale:
1. (1/2 lbs)  Brazil Cerrado 17/18  A natural processed coffee dried by sun and mechanical means grown on rich soil known as Terra Roza. Flavors- Walnut, Cocoa.   The bean varietals are Mundo Novo, Yellow Catuai,  Red Catuai and Acaia
2. (1/2 lbs)  Costa Rica Strictly High grown (SHB)  hand sorted (EP) Frontera.   This is a fully washed coffee dried by mechanical methods. Flavors-Milk Chocolate, Lemon, Almond.   The bean varietals are Catuai, Caturra, and Sarchimor
3. (1/2 lbs) India Cherry A Robusta 17 scn.   This is a patio sun dried coffee sourced from the Sakleshpu and Coorg districts in Karnataka India.  It is  a very low acidity coffee adding a depth of flavor to any blend.  It also can be used alone for an outstandingly different coffee.
4. (1/2 lbs) Organic Honduras
Strictly High grown (SHB)  hand sorted (EP) San Marcos.  It is certified organic and is a fully washed coffee. Flavors- Walnut, Dark Chocolate, Caramel.
5. (1/2 lbs) India Monsoon Malabar AA.  During the era when wooden ships would take 6 months to travel with their green coffee beans from India to Europe the humidity and ocean winds caused the coffee to change from its green color to a more aged pale yellow.  The Europeans found these beans to have a unique mellowness and a smooth and soft taste.  Today these changes are replicated in warehouses during the Indian monsoon season.   If you are not familiar with this type coffee you are missing a whole new experience.  The beans can be blended or used alone. Flavors- Bakers Chocolate.
