Performance engines/transmissions (I.E. turbocharged, supercharged, KL31, VTEC, VVTI, VVL, VVTL-I, VVT, MIVEC, ETC) hold a 30-day start up on internal moving components ONLY.
Non-performance engines/transmissions (I.E. non-turbocharged, non-supercharged, hold a 90-day warranty on internal moving components ONLY.
External accessories such as manifold(s), valve cover(s), distributors, coil packs, ignitors, alternators, AC compressors, power steering pumps, oil/water pumps, fuel rails, injectors, turbochargers, superchargers, seals, oil pans, solenoids, clutches, flywheels, flex plates, sensors, and torque converters are NOT covered under warranty.
Rotary engines are sold as is with a no return policy.
Diesel engines are sold as is with a no return policy.
Body panels are sold as is with a no return policy.
We gladly accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) as well as PayPal within 5 days of invoice being sent.
For any problems with our products, please message us immediately so that we may notate on our end the issues.
Engine and/or transmission must, if your claim is deemed valid, must be prepped for shipping back to our warehouse. Engine and/or transmission must be shipped back complete as it was when received.
Prior to the engine/transmission being shipped back to us, we require photos. You can either send these via eBay messaging or to our email.
We will be responsible to either replace or fix the defective part only, at our discretion. Your mechanic is at no point in time authorized to disassemble our engine/transmission unless otherwise noted.
A refund or replacement will be issued ONLY after receiving the item back to our warehouse, complete as it was when originally shipped.

applies to the lower 48 states only! NOT INCLUDING HI, AK, PR and remote areas in the lower 48 states!
Freight trucking lines are used for transportation of your item from our warehouse in Belleville, NJ to their destination. It can take between 2-10 business days for your item to arrive IF going to a business address. May take longer to residential addresses.
Freight carriers will deliver shipments going to a business between normal business hours.
When delivering to a residence, they will contact you once the item arrives at the delivering terminal to schedule a delivery appointment.
Please keep in mind it will be a curbside delivery. Driver will not back up onto your property to unload.
Inspect your shipment prior to signing off on the delivery receipt. If your shipment is showing any signs of damage when it arrives, the damages must be notated on the delivery receipt. You will not be allowed to claim any damages after the driver has left.
For any damages, you must file a claim directly with the shipping company.
